G.O.A  BOARD OF DIRECTORS ORGANIZATION MEETING FEBRUARY 28, 2010

The newly elected Board of Directors held an organizational meeting immediately after the close of the Annual meeting to elect officers. The new board consists of Gus Martell, Tom Holmes, Barbara Fraley, Bob Friess and Art Chambers.

The following officers were selected by general acclamation:

President: Gus Martell

VP & Secretary: Barbara Fraley

Maintenance Board contact: Tom Holmes

Environmental Chair: Gus Martell

Director: Jan Schott

Bob Friess made it known he was only interested in the Treasurers position and resigned when the board declined to grant his request. Art Chambers is the next write-in eligible to fill the vacancy created by the resignation.

The board appointed George McNitt as a paid Treasurer at a salary of $250.00 per month.

The new board announced the first regular meeting will be held March 25, 2010 at the Gulf Beach Baptist Church.

The meeting adjourned at 3:40 P.M.
