The special meeting of the Glades Homeowners was called to order by the President, Don Cavaleri, at 10: 00AM on November 22, 2008 at the Gulf Beach Baptist Church in Panama City Beach, FL.

The following board members were present: Don Cavaleri, Tom Easter, Bob Friess, Don Lloyd, Ken Patterson, and Patty Wallace. Corinne Cox was not present.

The president explained that the only thing that could be discussed at this meeting was The Glades II ponds and pumps.

Tom Easter made the following motion:

In accordance with the vote taken of all twenty-four Glades II homeowners of 22 to 2 to remove the Glades II fountains and pumps, I make the motion to honor the wishes of the Glades II property owners to remove the pumps and fountains from the Ponds located behind Glades II and discontinue any assessments relative to the upkeep, operation, and maintenance of the said fountains and pumps.

The motion was seconded by Ken Patterson.

Debate ensued concerning what would Wes Burnham agree to be responsible for in writing, who would pay the insurance, will the ponds become stagnant, who will do the
mowing, etc. After 45 minutes of debate, Tom Easter called for the Question.

The vote For: Cavaleri, Easter, Patterson; Against: Friess, Lloyd, Wallace.

This being a tie vote the result is a no vote.

Tom Easter stated: He could not believe that the board would override the vote of the of the entire Glades II homeowners and not abide by their wishes.

It was suggested we ask Wes for a more concise letter as to what he would be willing to do.

Meeting was adjourned at 10;50 AM- 11/22/08
